We have a Disney Vacation Club, so we visit Orlando every year. JC and his crew have provided excellent service over our many years of transport with them. Our family has been enjoying Florida Town Car service since the early 1990s. We love J.C. Edwards and the amazing service they provide. Today, he really went beyond the call of duty. Mr. Edwards picked my husband and I up at 8:00 am from the Hyatt at MCO and drove us to Disney World. As always he was on time with a smile. Shortly after he dropped us off, I remembered I had forgotten the frozen smoked meats my husband had labored over and we had frozen and carted across the continent in the hotel refrigerator. I called Mr. Edwards to see if he had another pick up at the Hyatt and to my surprise he said he was headed back that way. Long story short, Mr. Edwards went out of his way and picked up our lost meals at the Hyatt and delivered it to our Disney property. I will forever be indebted to him. Saw this town car service listed in the official Disney guidebook. Excellent. JC was our driver. On time, friendly. Called before we took off on our original flight to Orlando to give us his information. I travel a lot for work and even though this was a family vacation trip, it was still as professional a service. And the RT price was great for personal service. Would book again

Used Florida Towncar to and from Orlando airport to the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. Tony was our driver for both trips and was great. Very polite and helpful. Service was on time and efficient. Selected the stop at a local grocery store option on the way to our hotel to pick up some items for the week. Worked out very well. Would definitely use Florida Towncar service again.

Took the Florida Towncar to Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort from the Orlando Airport. So much faster than Mears or Magical Express. Personable driver J.C. picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off at the end of the trip. Amazing price, best around! Have used before and will use again!

Took the red eye from LAX to MCO. JC was there bright and early to pick us up when we got there and took us to our Cocoa Beach hotel. Nice not having to rent a car and worry about driving so early while tired. On the return we gave JC a buzz on the phone when we got off our ship and he swooped in and took us to Orlando. Nice not having to wait in the hot sun and humidity. We will use them again!

My husband and I, along with our nephew had scheduled a cruise to leave from Port Canaveral on May 31, 2014. After purchasing the cruise, we found that Carnival no longer provides transportation from the Sanford Orlando airport to Port Canaveral. I then looked on the website for the airport and found Florida Towncar Service. I called and spoke with J.C. to make arrangements for a pick up at our hotel and then a return travel back to the airport on June 7th. J.C. was very prompt for our pickup the morning to leave for the cruise and also was waiting at the port for us to get off the ship. J.C. is a very pleasant and reliable person. We enjoyed his company and would definitely use Florida Towncar Service again. Much better to ride in stile and comfort as to riding in an over crowded bus. Thank you J.C. Hope all is well!
