Florida Towncar service was recommended by the Birnbaum's guide to Disney World. J.C. was waiting for us at baggage claim with our name on a sign. He was very friendly and helpful. He waited with my husband and toddlers in the car while I checked into my hotel. We were pressed for time to make it to our reserved dinner at MGM Studios, he dropped us off there so we did not have to wait on the bus. It was really nice to not have to wait or move the kids around. He was on time to pick us up for our return home. I liked being able to go straight to our hotel and back to the airport without all of the stops that the Magic Express has to make. I have also heard that you could wait a long time for Magic Express, with Florida Towncar there is no waiting. I recommend using this service!

Returned from yet another great visit to Orlando a couple weeks ago. This was my second trip using your service and it will certainly not be the last. Tony was right on time, everything went smoothly and he was friendly as always.
On the return trip to the airport he saved me from standing a checkin line a mile long!! No rental car company is going to do THAT for you :) Thanks again for the great service! See you again in a few months!

I have used Florida Towncar Service for the past several years and have never been disappointed. Rates are more than fair, cars are alway clean, and the service is top notch! We recently took a family vacation to DisneyWorld. One problem we encountered when booking our vacation was that we could not find a reasonable rate to/from the airport other than using the free shuttle service from Disney. Much of this was due to the fact that we had 5 people in our party. Most towncar services will only take up to 4 people. Then I saw the information about Florida Towncar service in my Birnbaum's guide. I was surprised to see that they would take 5 people in one car! We decided to try them. What a great company! High class service and they even were able to provide a car seat for my 2 1/2 year old! Thank you JC for a wonderful ride and experience. You made travelling with two little ones and my mother a pleasure. We will definitely be using Florida Towncar again next time we go!

We found Florida Town Car through Birnbaum's Disney World Recommendation, and I have to say they were the most professional and well organized car service I have used. Our departure from Florida was complicated by bad weather for the incoming flight which required us to change departures from Orlando to Tampa. It was no problem, JC reacted quickly and without hesitation and personally got myself and my family to Tampa. Thank you for your customer service orientation!!!!

We were cruising on Royal Caribbean, and needed transportation from Orlando International Airport to our overnight stay near the cruise ship. We hated the thought of a shuttle bus, so we asked the hotel's recommendation, and they (thankfully) steered us to JC and Florida Towncar.
The price was fair, and the service was GREAT. So good, in fact, that we arranged to use them again for our return trip to the airport.
My son wanted a souvenir from Ron Jon's surf shop, and JC said "no problem" and not only drove us there (opposite direction from the airport), he waited a full hour for us to shop!
On the way, my son's cellphone slid out of his pocket. We didn't realize this until we were going through airport security. When we called JC, he found the cellphone and offered to drive back to the airport. We didnt have time, so he instead overnighted the phone to us (even paid for the postage)!!
Needless to say, if we are EVER anywhere near Orlando, we will be using JC and Company for all our transportation needs.
We HIGHLY recommend you do too!

This was my first experience using your Towncar service. I often visit Orlando and usually rent a car but decided this trip to let someone else do the driving. It was a great decision! A friend and I took the train from PA to Orlando and although we were delayed over 4 hours there was no problem with our ride to a local hotel. Tony was very friendly and made us feel right at home. On the return from our hotel to the Amtrak station, he was very prompt and just as congenial. I would definately use your service again! In addition to Tony giving us excellent service, Sheryl, who confirmed our reservation was also very friendly and informative and both are a genuina asset to your business! Keep up the great work folks!
