My family recently vacationed at Disneyworld and we were searching for quality, reliable transportation to and from the Sanford airport. We had heard stories of transportation companies that were late, drove very fast, never showed up, etc, etc.
I looked in the Birnbaum's guide and it listed Florida Towncar as one of the transportation companies. I reviewed the Florida Towncar website and decided to try them.
From the first call to make the reservation, the whole process was very smooth and friendly. I immediately got the impression I was dealing with a quality company.
We received outstanding service from our driver Bill. He was waiting at the baggage claim area when we arrived and was waiting for us at the hotel when we left, 10 days later.
The vehicle was immaculate outside and inside. With Bill driving we all felt very safe. He was friendly to myself and my family yet always maintained a professional manner. It was very nice to receive such first class treatment.
We will visit Florida again in a few years and will definitely use Florida Towncar again. I will also recommend this company to all of my friends.

We used Florida Towncar Service six years ago during our first visit to WDW. When we decided to return to WDW, AAA gave us an option to use Disney provided 'limo' service. We remember Florida town car and called for a reservation that day. Nora picked us up right on time and delivered us back to the airport just this past Sunday night--exhausted from WDW but without a care regarding our transportation needs.

Our family used Florida Towncar on our recent visit to Walt Disney World, and we were extremely satisfied with the prompt, friendly service we received. Bill was waiting at the baggage area to help us with our luggage, and we were able to go the car immediately afterwards -- no waiting in lines to buy shuttle tickets and then waiting again for your shuttle to arrive! Imagine you are taking your family on a Disney Vacation; you get up very early after the children had a very exciting sleepless night. You go to the Airport and travel into the afternoon. The last thing you want to do with a tired family now is to roam around with your luggage to find the Shuttle Station then SQUEEZE into a Shuttle Van, which makes several stops before you get to your Resort. We did this more than once until I read about Florida Towncar. Our last trip to Florida we used Florida Towncar and I will never use another service again. The driver was waiting for us at the luggage carousal and was very friendly and courteous. This made our trip start and end on a peaceful relaxing note. You get to your destination relaxed and ready to enjoy your vacation, while all along you know you are all set with your transportation back “No Worries”.

My family is taking a trip to Orlando in November and was looking for a towncar service. I had heard the horror stories of the shuttles and said that I would not put my family through the possible torment. A vacation to the Disney area really isn't a vacation, it's more of a whirlwind of times, destinations, shows, rides, food on the go, flights and in and around transporation once the flight arrives in Orlando.
I wanted to limit the chaos and allow my family to be whisked from the airport straight to the magic. I look forward to using the service. JC was very straight forward and honest with me on our phone conversation. I called just for information about their service but ended up making a reservation right then and there.

Our trip from New York to Florida was shorter then the trip from the airport to Disney. Two years ago friends of ours told us about the Towncar service and we used it last year. This was our third trip to Disney but the first time we used Florida Towncar. The first two times we used Mears. After this trip I would recommend Florida Towncar to anyone making the trip. We were in our car and on our way to Disney while many people were still waiting to put their name on the list for Mears. And we didn't have to stop at several other resorts on the way to ours. To top it off, it was actually cheaper that the Mears shuttle! Our driver, Barbara was very friendly and got us to our resort quickly and safely. Excellent service! Even though our plane ended up being two hours late arriving into Orlando our Driver was there waiting and we didn't have to make any calls to reschedule or tell them we were late. The trip back to the airport was also exceptional. They were waiting for us when we walked out of the hotel lobby and their experience in knowing traffic conditions and timing to get to the airport allowed us to spend the maximum time at Disney and still get to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Great Service ! We had an excellent experience with Florida Towncar Service. We had the same driver on all three legs of our trip to central Florida. Our driver, John, was always on time, and in most cases early. Having the same driver our whole trip was a nice personal touch that you don't usually find with other town car outfits. On the final day of our trip we were over one hour late from the appointed time to meet our driver. John waited the entire time and did not charge us extra for the time and hassle we made him endure. If you plan on going to central Florida and require transportation, I highly recommend Florida Towncar Service.

We just returned from a Disney Cruis and WDW vacation. We utilized Florida Towncar for our transportation to the Radisson at Port Canaveral, then pick up from our cruise to the Polynesian, and then pick up for transportation back to the airport.
I was very impressed when we had J.C. as our driver. (We had the big kahuna!) J.C. was very prompt and very professional. Getting us to all of our destinations safely and promptly.

Just arrived back from our trip to Orlando and wanted to let everyone know what a good experience we had with Florida Towncars. JC was our driver and was waiting on us when we arrived at the airport. Boy was I glad that I was told not to ride the Mears bus to Disney. The line just to put your luggage on the Mears bus was huge. Needless to say JC had us out of the airport in less than 5 minutes. On the day of our return JC was even early. This is the only way to go when trying to get from the airport to your destination if you are not wanting to rent a car! Thanks JC for the great service.

This year JC took us from the airport to Port Canaveral for the Disney Cruise and then back to the airport.

It was so awesome to get off the plane, walk down to our luggage and there was the man with the sign of our last name standing there waiting for us. We are once again looking forward to using Florida Town Car during our upcoming visit. The drivers, cars, service and courtesy are always great! In the past, we have nothing but horror stories for each time when we used Mears. More than one vacation was dampened when we were subjected to their rudeness, impunctuality, and general disorganization. We also came close to missing our flights, besides! Florida Town Car is an absolute pleasure to use, and well worth the slight extra cost over using Mears. We would strongly recommend this excellent service to anyone!

My husband and I honeymooned in Disney in 1998. The personal service we received made us feel so special. It was also extremely convenient and a relief to know that we had someone looking out for us at the airport. We are planning a trip to Disney for 2003 for our son's third birthday. Beth was awesome! She was ontime, the car was clean and did NOT smell like smoke. (so often taxi's/limos do...) Beth was very friendly and gave us great info about the area. The trips were fast, smooth, and safe (very good driver). I loved not having to stop at every resort on the way like the shuttle does.

I travel to Disney at least twice a year with my husband and 2 small children. We always thought the shuttle was our only option. I was so tired of constant stops at other hotels and a commute that should take 30 minutes taking 2 hours. We used Florida Towncar the last two trips and will from now on. From the help with the bagage to the direct route, the benefits are amazing and the price is the same without all the hassles!!

Dear Joe and J.C., Thanks for the trip from Amtrak Station and return from Disney. We enjoyed Joe's tour and info. on the way to Disney World. He was prompted and very helpful. We also appreciated J.C.'s help on the way back to the Train. We got there in plenty of time and avoided all that traffic on rte 4.
I will again use your service again. It was great.
I come every two years so see you then. We may have about eight coming next time.

He was courteous and helpful and gave us a low down on Disney as he wisked us to our resort. After several fun filled days we were greeted by Mr. J.C. Edwards himself and taken back to the airport. We used Florida Towncar Service for the first time last month, after six trips annoying trips with a company I shall not name. After waiting for a shuttle for quite a while and then not dropped off until last, I was thoroughly dismayed. This last trip, I saw your name in The Birnbaums Guide and decided to give you a chance. Well from the get go, it was a fantastic experience for my mother, myself and my daughter. Gus was a fantastic driver, very knowledgable and quite friendly. He answered all our questions and made the trip fun for all. I really appreciated having the extra time at the parks on the way back, as we didn't have to get picked up way too early, as we had prior with the shuttle company. I found out about this wonderful service through the Birmbaums Disney Book also. We just recently returned from Orlando this past Saturday and have only good things to say about this company. W were picked up by Joe and he was wonderful chatting with us the whole way to our hotel. Unfortunately we were unable to be taken back to the airport by Joe due to him being ill. Instead we were picked up by Beth who was also very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend this way rather than the crowded shuttles. We will be using you again next year! Thanks alot.

We found out about your company in the offical Disney Guide for 2002 (Birnbaum's)We chose your company because I had read so many good things about it in the guest book. The other reason is your cost was reasonable also. We took a quick trip to Disney in the middle of the week. When we arrived in Orlando, Joe was waiting for us at the baggage claim, and in a short 30 min. ride we were at our resort, which went quicky while chatting with Joe about Disney. So much nicer than using a shuttle! Because of an unforseen event, Joe was not able to drive us back to the airport...but with 'mayday,mayday' quickness, Beth was at our resort in 15 mins. to take us to the airport! We enjoyed her company along the way back to the airport, and the boys enjoyed telling her about their surprise Disney vacation! Our next vacation will include Florida Towncar, its the most relaxing way to go!

My family and I had a great experience with you guys. The driver,Mike Mayers, was there when we arrived and there when we were leaving. He was a real personable guy who it was a pleasure to ride with. One improvement might be that you should make sure it is clear at resaervation that you don't take credit cards as payment. But I got the feeling that as we were round trip, that even that could have been a minor problem if we did not have the cash. Most companies would have made me feel it would be a big issue, with Mike and I have a sense with the whole company, it could have been easily resolved. I will highly and loudly recommend you guys and use ypu guys again should we come back to Orlando, and we probably will. A+ service

We came to Florida at the end of July 2000. We chose you for our transfers to and from Walt Disney World. We had a party of 8 so we had to cars with fabulous drivers, My family were in Robins car, and our Friends were with Micheal. You made a grocery stop for us for a minimal fee and were so polite, helpful and nice. Robin and Micheal ROCK!!
We will be coming back to Orlando for Walt Disney World and a 7 day cruise on April 29th 2002. I talked to JC tonight and told him that we would be definetely using Florida Towncar again.

I was very pleased using your service. For years we used Mears shuttle service, and having to wait sometimes hours just to get picked up and then not going directly to our hotel wasted too much time. Our driver Beth was waiting for us even though our flight was an hour late. We figured we picked up about 2 full hours of time we were able to spend at Disney and not an airport. This also helped with the return trip, as we were able to stay longer at the park before returning to the airport, as we were not being pooled with other hotels. Over all this is the only way to go. For us it was about $30 more but knowing we picked up about 3-4 hours of extra park time it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Beth for anyone wanting a fun safe trip.

We returned from another wonderful trip to WDW yesterday!!! It was made wonderful by the super service of Florida Towncar and, of course, ROBINN!!!!!!!! She is the greatest person. She knows what it takes to make your vacation a loving, fun and wanting to never leave experience!!!!! Just a quick note to let you know how much my family enjoyed the Town Car Service. Our plane was 30 minutes late arriving around 8:30 P.M. in Orlando. There greeting us was Beth with a smile on her face. With our first visit to Disney World, three adults and four children it was so nice not to ride a shuttle service going from one hotel to another. Our other driver was Nora, very nice also. As the children chatted and asked questions, Beth was eagerly answering and smiling still. Our trip back was just as nice. Beth asked questions of there experience and favorite things they did, which of course they were eager to answer. This town car service was excellent. We have been to Orlando in the past. The transport service the guidebooks tout (begins with an 'M') had us waiting almost an hour, packed us in like sardines with other customers, then drove everywhere (we were last, of course!) I swore, 'Never again...'
We booked our reservation online with Florida Town Car and received a prompt confirmation. At the airport we were greeted by Gus, a friendly, energetic fellow. His towncar was very comfortable, and we were at our hotel in no time.
The day before our departure, we received a call from Gus to confirm our pickup time, and he was prompt the next day.
I would definitely recommend Florida Town Car!

My husband and I were two of the lucky ones that were traveling on September 11, 2001. We were flying from Chicago to Orlando on that infamous day and were diverted to Louisville, KY. We were advised that the diversion was due to a national emergency, the scope of which we did not learn of until we deplaned. Once the severity of the tragedy was known, we decided to return to Chicago.
The balance of that week, we made one reservation after another with all of our vendors; Disneyworld, ATA and Florida Towncar Service. We finally arrived in Florida on Sunday, September 16th to be greated by Beth. FLORIDA TOWNCAR SERVICE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. After such a stressful week, it was nice to serviced by such polite, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

We just returned from our first family vacation to Disney World. Therefore, the first time using the Florida Towncar service. We were pleasantly greeted by ROBINN, who was substituting for our scheduled driver Michael. Robinn was a gracious and apologetically explained the last minute change. To our delight, Robinn was a burst of energetic effeciency. She did not neglect conversation with any of us, including our 11 year old, Justin. She was quick and swift getting us to our baggage claim area, loading up the car and whisking us off to Disney. She was extremely cheerful (which certainly helped us get the in the Disney spirit!!!), informative, helpful and just an absolute pleasure. However, she was unable to be our driver going back to the airport, but she kindly explained that she'd be unable to drive us as it was a school night for her daughter. Our driver back was Mark, who was extrememly professional and curteous. We are thinking of planning our next vactation back to Disney...we are DEFINITELY using Florida Towncar service - as it was only a few dollars more than the typical shuttle service and was well worth it's quality, comfort and service that this company provided. And in our plans we will request ROBINN again, this time we would even plan our trip so that we wouldn't be heading back on a school night, as to secure her as our round-trip driver! We highly recommend this service to anyone, especially those begining a magical vacation to Disney!

In October, we traveled with another family to Disney. When looking into transportation service to and from the airport, we came across Florida Towncar Service. We were each a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We could not believe that we could get two towncars to get us to and from our hotel for basically the same cost as the shuttle servcie. Why would we wait for a shuttle and be stuffed into a van with other people or maybe even have to be split up between vans? Florida Towncar Service had 2 drivers waiting for us a baggage claim. We were able to immediatly load our bags into the trunks of the cars and go straight to the hotel. On top of that, we were able to have car seats provided for the 2 smaller children. That was peace of mind for us. The return trip to the airport was just as easy. We will definitly recommend them to all of our friends and will use them as soon as we return to Florida.

As a travel agent, I have booked clients with Florida Towncar for three years now. Florida Towncar's service is exceptional. The drivers are pleasant and professional, they are promt, and they are helpful in timing the pick up and drop off between the resorts and the airports. The additional services such as a stop at a grocery store and transportation during my client's stay is also helpful in visiting the Disney parks without a car. Florida Towncar is my only choice for airport/resort transfers in Orlando!

Our daughter and her husband decided to honeymoon at Disney World. My husband and I wanted to surprise them with a limo awaiting them in Orlando. J.C. was very helpful in pulling off this surprise for them and even arranged for the driver to have a red rose for Sandy. The week they were at WDW, the tragedy in New York was a week old and the security at the airports were tightened as their driver was not able to meet them at the baggage claim due to the fact he could not park outside the terminal, so another driver met them and escorted them to their limo. Their return trip was just as easy. My husband and I can't say enough about the service and helping us with this wonderful surprise for them. We would recommend Florida Town Car Services in a heartbeat and already have. Thankyou for helping us add to their Magic!!

What great Service! We have used Florida Town Car service
twice. The first time about 1 year ago, and more recently,
a month ago. We came back because of the service.
So much more convienent than a mears. But here is
something amazing! The last vacation, was not that good
it rained everyday and my daughter got very sick.
in the car ride back to the airport. Jc let us use
his cellphone to call our doctor to see if we
could get her some medicine. We waited but the doctor didn't call
us back. So my wife my daughter and I are in the terminal
at least an HOUR after dropoff, and our driver
comes in with our doctor on the phone. Way above
what we could ever expect. I don't think that would ever happen
anywhere else. Even without that service, I still
recommend them highly.

We used your service for the 3rd time on our trip and were very pleased as usual. We asked for and had Robinn for our driver and found her to be a great way to begin and end our stay in Florida. She was at the baggage claim with a huge smile to greet us and her jubilance was with us even when she dropped us off to leave to come home. She paid attention to all in the party, never excluding anyone in any conversation. Her tips on the parks were helpful even though this was our 6th trip to Disney. She would give info on rides and attractions to get your attention but not give out any surprises you might enjoy. On our return trip she made sure to ask how we liked those attractions and rides. Thank you again Robinn for making our time so enjoyable. We will be asking for you on our next trip to Disney.

In Dec.2000 we used Florida Towncars services from the airport to WDW and back. Our driver Michael was VERY safe and extremely courteous. Our flight was delayed 1 hour but Michael did not say one word about it. He pointed out sites to the hotel and back to the airport. It was like we had known him all our lives. And I imagine the other drivers are equal to him. I just got off the phone 10 minutes ago to make reservations with them again for an upcoming trip. Thats how much they impressed our family. Great to do business with!

We used Florida Town Car Service in May and decided we would never ride one of those big buses again! Our driver Michael was truly a professional. He made our ride from the airport very pleasurable. We are planning a trip this fall and will definitely be calling on Michael again!

I would to thank Florida towncar service for being prompt on our pick up going to the Airport and from the Airport. JC was very helpful leting us know where to go in the airport. He treated us like family. He even showed us how to contact him incase our flight was delaid .Even though we live here in Orlando area his rates are better than a taxi service we called .I would rather get into a clean towncar and enjoy my ride to and from the Airport. After doing some research, we decided to use Florida Towncar's service when we came to Orlando for a Disney vacation. That turned out to be a great decision. Bill met us at the airport and treated us like royalty. At the end of the week, he was there as promised and again it felt as if we were royalty being driven back to the airport. I will strongly suggest that anyone traveling to Orlando use Florida Towncar (we certainly intend to!).

We took a chance by using Florida Towncar, especially not knowing anyone in the business nor anyone in Florida. It was definitely a pleasant surprise to know there are companies that tell you exactly what you want to hear and follow it to a tee. The personnel at Florida Towncar were pleasant, trustful, and truthful. They did what we wanted and when we wanted it. Tony, our driver, was the best. He was very helpful and friendly. I have to tell you it was very comfortable to know that this was one problem in our vacation we didn't have to worry about. I would definitely recommend Floriday Towncar to everyone. The next time I go to Florida I will DEFINITELY call on Florida Town Car Service Again. Ken Reed, was a fabulous driver and he picked me up from the airport and the trip to the hotel was quick and hassle free, he brought me back to the airport at 6am and he was quite jolly though it was terribly early! I don't like travelling far but I had a dog show to watch so.... But Florida Town Car made my trip much easier I pity my dog friends who took the shuttle not only were they packed like sardines, they had to stop all over and the trip to the hotel took them ages!

using florida town car was so convenient to get to and from the airport to our hotel at wdw. our driver anthony 'tony' torres was excellent. he made our trip hassle free and most enjoyable with prompt service. thanks tony!!!! we will use you again and would reccomend this service and our driver, tony, to everyone!!!!
